Thank God it is like riding a bike (or, running a treadmill).... I got on the TM today for 2 1/2 miles. Not bad, considering!!!!
Hopefully, my love affair will begin again with the TM (read: running). I need to get a running stroller. I plan to do that soon.
I've decided that I've got to do a marathon (or two, ha) this year, yet. So... back to it, I am!!!
Oh, and score one for the Mama... the baby slept the entire time!!!! WOOHOO! What was that about napping when she does... nope, this Mama runs. HA. (ok, this time!)

ReplyDeleteGlad you were able to get sometime on the treadmill. I have get back in the swing of things too. Although I prefer cycling, running can pretty much prepare you for almost any kind of cardiovascular activity. As far as the dreams go, they can be erratic and are usually based on pressing events that are presently weighing on your life. I had a psych. teacher (who was a little touched himself) who loved to analyze dreams. I didn’t put too much stock into it however. One thing he said that did make sense to me was that dreaming was the mind trying to conserve space by tying bits of data together. Almost like defragmenting your computer.
We can pretty much guess who the “evil” man is, and I hope he is letting you and your sister live in peace. Hope he has enough sense to move on and not screw with you guys. Your sister will hopefully find a nice guy that can treat her and your nephew like they deserve:)
